I was fortunate enough to work with and learn from Lisa during my time at Stantec. Lisa always made time in her busy schedule to answer any queries that I had, and she always made you feel listened to and heard. I had the pleasure of accompanying Lisa on numerous site visits, and enjoyed conversations over dinner bonding over our shared appreciation of all things Ottolenghi and William Morris.
Lisa was a huge advocate for junior engineers like myself, and championed us in anyway she could. Owing to Lisa’s nomination, I have been shortlisted for an Emerging Talent Award. I feel very lucky to have known Lisa and aspire to be an inspirational leader like her one day.
